Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and accepting delivery of any products sold by Wolverine Peptides (“Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Any other terms or conditions contained in any order form or other document submitted by you which are inconsistent with, or in addition to, these Terms and Conditions are rejected, objected to, and shall be deemed void and of no force or effect.

Changes

Once submitted, any changes to your order may be made only with advance approval of Wolverine Peptides. Such changes may require different terms, including a potential change in price and/or delivery time.

Once submitted, you may not cancel any order unless approved by Wolverine Peptides.

Delivery & Claims

Delivery of packaged products to the delivery carrier, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers, shall constitute delivery to you. You shall bear all risk of loss or damage in transit, including filing claims for lost or damaged shipments.

Wolverine Peptides will determine the best carrier for each shipment at its discretion unless otherwise noted.

Upon receipt of Products, you shall inspect them immediately and notify Wolverine Peptides in writing of any claims for shortages, defects, or damages.

You have fourteen (14) days upon receiving Products to address defects, damages, and issues. Any inquiries after that period will no longer be valid.

Delays

Any specified delivery dates are estimates only and do not represent a promise by Wolverine Peptides to deliver Products on a certain date.

Wolverine Peptides shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or penalty resulting from delay or failure to manufacture, deliver, or otherwise perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

Warranties

Wolverine Peptides warrants that its Products shall, at the time of shipment, conform to the description of such Products as provided by Wolverine Peptides, analytical data, or other then-current literature.

Warranties shall not be effective if Wolverine Peptides determines, in its sole discretion, that Products have been misused, handled improperly, or used outside applicable industry standards and practices.

Limitation of Liability

Wolverine Peptides shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind resulting from any use or failure of Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

Wolverine Peptides’ liability for damages shall in no case exceed the contract price for the specific Products giving rise to the claim.

Your Use of Products

Wolverine Peptides Products are intended primarily for laboratory research purposes and, unless otherwise stated, are not to be used for any other purposes.

• Not for human consumption.
• Not for animal consumption.
• Not for diagnostic, therapeutic, medical, veterinary, cosmetic, food, or drug use.
• Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You acknowledge that Products have not been tested by Wolverine Peptides for safety or efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial, or any other non-research use.

User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that you will properly test, use, manufacture, and handle any Products purchased from Wolverine Peptides in accordance with the practices of a reasonable expert in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

If Products are repackaged, relabeled, used as starting material, or incorporated into other products, you agree that you are responsible for verifying all required testing after opening or use.

Miscellaneous

Wolverine Peptides’ failure to strictly enforce any term or condition shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such terms thereafter.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Indemnity & Insurance

You shall indemnify and hold Wolverine Peptides, its agents, employees, and representatives harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, resulting from your sale or use of Products, breach of these Terms, negligence, recklessness, or misconduct.
